SPR# JEDS6METXJ - Fixed a problem where a user was not able to read an encrypted message after beginning the Notes name change process. In DWA, performing some action which causes the user's notes id to be loaded (such as reading an encrypted message), is the (implicit) way to accept the new name specified in the name change request.
